STORD Raises Series B Funding to Become a Unicorn Company in ATL

After raises a series just six months ago, STORD has raised $90 million in a Series D round of funding at a valuation of $1.125 billion. The total funding raised to date is $205 million by investors including Kleiner Perkins, BOND, Dynamo Ventures, Susa Ventures, Lineage Logistics and Founders Fund.

In addition to the round, STORD also just acquired Fulfillment Works, a provider to help with customer service efforts and warehouse capacity. Their exceptional growth led to a recognition of position 42 in the list that INC 5000 assembles of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

STORD is a logistics cloud supply chain with the goal of providing complete visibility, optimization, and on-demand scalability.

Kobiton Raises $12M to Make Mobile Apps Better Everywhere

Panoramic Ventures and Fulcrum Equity Partners, two Atlanta-based firms, have invested capital in the mission of Kobiton to provide an incredible platform for users in search of fast and thorough mobile testing.

Kobiton is a Mobile Experience Platform that is a leader in delivering feature-rich, high quality apps in a single platform. It is always working to put users ahead of the curve with faster, more flexible, forward-thinking solutions. This funding milestone comes at the same time that the number of users experiencing the platform has tripled. It will be used primarily to develop the platform further.

Overflow Raises a Series A to Continue Making Generosity Frictionless

A diverse group of investors recently supported Overflow in bringing philanthropy to the future with a $10 million. Series A.  The Series was led by R7 with other supporters following including Uncork Capital, Craft Ventures, and Village Global. Other investors of Overflow included Salesforce Ventures’ Impact Fund, Burst Capital, and Able Partners, as well as strategic angel investors.

The series will be used to scale across talent acquisition, product innovation and more, furthering Overflow's mission of inspiring the world to be generous. Overflow is an online stocks donation platform that is making it possible to donate stocks directly to the nonprofits and churches making a difference in today's world.
