Two More All-Stars Join the RP Team in Q4

At RevPartners we pride ourselves in consistently helping our partners win, but we couldn't do it without an incredible lineup. As an Atlanta based company, there has been no shortage of excitement among our team recently (BIG Braves fans here ⚾), yet nothing has us buzzing as much as our incredible new hires, Grant Carlile and Eric Osteen.

Carlile and Osteen are already bringing awesomeness to our clients. They add an impressive range of experience and talent so we can further our mission of democratizing RevOps for all- just in time for the final inning of 2021.

Meet the New Technologist + Strategist

Grant Carlile

A self proclaimed "designer with a technology problem", Grant Carlile is a RevOps Technologist with 22 years of experience across industries. He has facilitated teams all around the globe, combining his talent in operations with his passion for the client-side experience. From streamlining actionable digital portals and robust enterprise systems to integrating call-script and promotional material messaging, his skills have helped grow multi-national companies, domestic non-profits, and cutting edge technology start-ups.

Carlile, a South Bend, Indiana native, also enjoys robotics and runnings marathons. Needless to say, we cannot wait to see how he does it BIG at RevPartners.

Eric Osteen

Prior to joining RevPartners as a Revenue Strategist, Eric Osteen served as a Financial Analyst at PepsiCo where he managed all U.S. Foodservice and Canadian credit risk. He graduated from West Point and spent five years serving in a variety of roles within the U.S. Army. He served as the Battalion Logistics Officer and led operations in the wake of Hurricanes Matthew, Harvey and Irma by mobilizing over 90 personnel and $22 million in signal equipment to support residents following the natural disasters.

Before earning the unique title of one of the oldest NCAA football players while pursuing his MBA at Wake Forest, Eric played football at West Point as a kicker. He's the Army touchback record holder and, in high school, he kicked a 57 yard field goal (Georgia's 5th longest in history). He currently lives with his wife and son in Gainesville, GA and we are thrilled to now have him on the RP team!

Welcome to the big leagues, Grant and Eric! 🚀
